Present Progressive: Reading Comprehension

Be able to:

• Assess risks and suggest appropriate preventive measures.

• Understand the main ideas in a short safety podcast.

• Give safety instructions using must, mustn't, should, and shouldn't.

• Write a short set of workshop safety rules.

Read the instructions for each activity carefully in order to complete it.

1. Students participate in guided writing activities by developing ideas about their daily routines and organizing them into a coherent descriptive text. They practice using the simple present tense, appropriate vocabulary, sequence markers, and correct spelling and punctuation. 

1. Students perform a read-aloud activity to practice pronunciation, intonation, and fluency, followed by an analytical task to deconstruct the text structure and grammatical patterns.
