Maria has always been a kind girl. She helps her friends and family and is never rude ecause she says "Thank you" all the time. But one day, she met Peter, who, unfortunately, was very different. He was bossy, often trying to say people what to do and wasn’t as kind as Maria. Her friends said Peter looked very vain — he loved to always look perfect.

On the other hand, Ivan, their friend, was very helpful and always ready to help others. Although he was a bit shy when speaking in front of people, he still tried to be kind.

Maria remembered that when her parents got divorsed, it was hard for her. But her step father was very generous. He bought her all she wanted and always supported her. He helped her improve her life, making it better. Now she is strong and independent.
