Instruction: 

Look at the food cards on the right. Sort them by putting the healthy foods on one side of the scale and the unhealthy foods on the other side. 

"Put the foods you think you should eat more of on the heavier side, and foods you should eat less of on the lighter side."

Paste the food pictures on the appropriate level of the food pyramid

2. Observe the food items in each level of the Food Pyramid.

3. Match each label to the correct level based on the food shown.
