GRADE 8.12 - HKI

Instructions: Write sentences about things that you or people around you have done up to the present. Write 2 sentences using “for” to show a period of time and 2 sentences using “since” to show a starting point.

Examples:

• I have lived here for five years.
• My sister has studied English since 2022.

Instructions: Work with a partner. Take turns asking 3 questions about your partner’s experiences using ever. If your partner answers “No,” write the answer using never.

Example:
Q: Have you ever played tennis?
A: No, I haven’t. → I have never played tennis.

Instructions: Put the given words in the correct order to make Present Perfect questions. Then, use the questions to interview your teammates.

Hint: Start with Have or Has, followed by the subject and Verb 3 (V3).
