Activity 1 – Competitive or Not? (STUDENT’S WORKSHEET)

Aim: Talk about how competitive you are and give your opinion politely using expressions for agreeing and disagreeing.

Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  1. Your teacher will read or show statements about competition.
  2. Move to the side (or show your card) depending on whether you agree or disagree.
  3. Discuss with a partner: Why do you think so? Can you give an example?
  4. Listen to others and react politely.
