Persistent payment issue

Hello.

I have no idea why, but I’m having trouble paying the subscription fee. I’ve updated payment info multiple times, I even added an alternative card - still no luck. I even tried to purchase a new subscription on top of the existing one but the site won’t let me. Please, consult me on this. Maybe there is a link I can use to pay for it manually? I’ve never had such issues before.
