Hello. When a worksheet requires an accented vowels in the response, we do not know how to add the accent, Also if there are spelling mistakes on a worksheet how can I fix it before assigning it to my students. I primarily use Italian worksheets.

You can use the site above if you're creating a ws, or if students have no access to a suitable keyboard.
Unless a worksheet is in a workbook, it cannot be fixed/corrected or changed in any way/.
ACCENTED LETTERS: If the students don't have the accented letter needed on their physical keyboard, don't know the shortcut key combos to hit, and are using Word, they need to click on INSERT, then SYMBOL, then find the accented letter that they want, highlight it, and click on INSERT and CLOSE.
SPELLING MISTAKES ON A WORKSHEET: if the worksheet is yours, then you need to make the corrections on the original file, and re-upload it into your Media Library, and double-check that all the elements are still where they need to be. If the worksheet isn't yours, and if the author has allowed it to be downloaded as a pdf, you could try downloading it, and edit it with programs on your computer. When you then re-upload it, in order to respect the original author, I suggest that you include this information in the file name and the description, along with a note that minor corrections have been made.
