INCORRECT NUMBER OF STUDENTS
I have registered 71 students after erasing the ones I'm not teaching any more, but I get a message saying that I already have 100, so I can't continue adding students to my free account.
What can I do? why does it happen?

I logged in to your account and it appears that you had some missing students from the previous website, so I requested a migration to begin. You can track this here: https://www.liveworksheets.com/user/6007016/missing-content. What is likely happening is that the students that were migrated or are expecting to migrate is counting towards your limit. If you can review the student list in a few hours to give it some time to finish the migration, I would then look to see if you have duplicates or students you can remove to get you under the 100 threshold.

I have checked the migrated students, and deleted again that are no longer my students, but I keep have the same message.
I have noticed that in the list of my students in 2A group I have 18 students whose accounts I created, but if I check the workbooks assigned, in this group of 2A I have different students that I don't know how to delete because these are accounts that the students created, not me, so I can'r see them in my list of students to make changes or delete them

I have even changed the students from one group to another and deleted the previous one. And still get the message saying I have 100 students, which is not true. Could you please tell me what to do? I still have students waiting for being registered. Thank you very much

I have been waiting for over 14 days to get this issue solved, and still unable to continue registering students as I get the message saying that I already have 100, when the reality is that I have 71. Why does it take so long to get it solved?

Your account issue is an odd one and the dev team is still reviewing the issue. My apologies for the inconvenience but I promise you that we are looking at it and trying to help.
@TeacherMLRG, in actuality, you created 101 student accounts. However, the 30 students never confirmed their accounts via the registration link sent to them and thus remained blocked by the system. Please inform your students that they need to confirm their accounts - otherwise, they won't be able to log in. We updated the list so it shows blocked or not students now.

I had deleted most of these students that didn't belong to a class because they registered and I did it as well, so they were duplicated. I have deleted again and the students that I have assigned to a class are the real ones. Please, the ones I deleted must be really deleted, do not import them again
