Hi there, after the reconstruction of the your website I don't see students' passwords and can't remind them in case anybody forgot their password.  Entering the code of the group that is advised to use instead of student's password doesn't work. Could you assist me what can be done?

Hi Olga,

2) It's not advised to use the group code instead of the student's password, as you say. Students must have accounts to join your groups using the group code you provide, or you register students and put them in groups on your own. However, you can use your 'Secret code' (not a group code) or Custom links, and then students don't need accounts.

For 50% of my students, when they ask to reset their password, they don't receive an email from you.
This change in the website has really been terrible. My students cannot access their accounts, they cannot reset their passwords, and they cannot create a new account.
