Good afternoon, I have many problems when entering my account, every time I want to log in I get the wrong password and I have to request a password change. I go through the whole process and it lets me enter just for that one time, if I close the account again it tells me that my password is wrong and I carry out the same password change process

i have my password saved on my Icloud and it always woks out. I cannot keep staying logged in though, which is a little odd for this kind of a website
@karina, it seems that you use the incorrect username.
