Worksheet does not save the elements!

Hi Rocío, you should try this: Click the Save button after adding just a few elements and then save again several times during editing a worksheet. Don't leave your work unsaved if you have longer interruptions in editing.

I am currently having the same problem! I can not create or edit pages!!! exhausted with all the changes!

Hi Rocio, & Jurinadia, sorry to hear that you have problem. As Ruta mentioned please try to save you you work often. We had deployment twice today, that might affect site operation where you were building the worksheet. Please let me know the problem is still there.

solution is to save the worksheet after a few element entries 10/20/2023

I had the same problem. It turned out I had an empty text box (without the answer). Works now.

Please ensure that all of the elements have a value in them. If one is missing, the worksheet will not save. If you are still having trouble, please send an email to our support team using the form at the bottom of this page. And, please include the link to the worksheet. Thank you.

Hello my interactive worksheet that I created wont save nor view. I clicked on the green pencil to add a value but the option of a value is not there. What to do? I spent most of my non-teaching time creating this worksheet and am very disappointed. It's wasting my valuable time.

I have a huge problem... I create a worksheet but it does not save the elements I add... I have already tried twice, and all my work is in vane!
