I still have no clue

During the past few  days,  I'm totally stressed  out with questions from students, parents.......I'm  doing my best to understand how the new  site works. But still have no ideas. For  example: students can't find their workbooks buttons until I log in my  teacher's account and asign  the workbooks AGAIN. The same  problem  goes with students accounts. They can't log in until  login teacher's  account to change  the password  AGAIN. And i have to  do  these actions one by one.
