Problems NOT SOLVED

Hello everyone, I am writing here to share my concern about the platform which is having lots of problems but we are really worried about their support which is always really late and almost everytime with no complete solution. Two problems until now: 1) Students see their workbooks duplicated since March - still not solved 2) Student did a test on a worksheet in their workbook, I recieved the notificacion with the LW mark but when I enter it's incomplete as if they haven't done it. Their answer is "they have to complete it again, sorry". We did a great investment on school licenses and we are really upset. Is there anyone else with this problems? Or having the same delay and negative answers by email?
