Some of my students' accounts did not work lately(keep buffering once the workbook was clicked). Any solution? Thanks

Try to refresh by Clicking Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Macs to see the changes? For additional options see below: On Macs: If you're using Chrome: hold down Shift and click the refresh button on your browser, or hold down Command(⌘), Shift, and R If you're using Safari: hold down Shift and click the refresh button on your browser, or hold down Command(⌘), Option, and R On PCs: hold down CTRL and click the refresh button hold down CTRL and F5
