system messes up with my sheets

The system keeps messing up with sheets, and the response for tech support is, for lack of better words - lousy. I spend hours creating a sheet, your system deletes everything in it and tech support tells me to simply "upload'' all again because that's a 'broken" image? Give me a break! Super annoyed.
