Hello, I want to change subscription but it tells me I have 13 groups but I don´t understand - I honestly have only 4 groups. Can anyone help?

go to the recycling bin and delete all, and then you will have 4 groups.

no worries. Go to 'My Students'. Then, scroll down till you find the recycle bin on the left. Click on it and delete all the groups you have stopped administering. Regards.

I tried that. The groups are not showing up. I am able to see the students in my mailbox, but I can't remove them from my account.
