Subscription Renewal
Although my subscription is due to be paid today, the site won't allow me to make a payment and as a result I can't use my account! I have sent an email to the helpdesk but no reply as yet! Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Also, the payment link reads ''Test Mode'' at the top and will not accept payments! My payment is NOT late as it is actually due today.... Really disappointed with how things are being handled

JUST managed to pay through google pay via the link sent through an email 3 days ago....it would NOT accept payment through the ''PAY BY CARD'' option, only via goggle pay

I wasn't sent that link and the link that says update payment takes me to the page where it informs me that I have to renew my subscription despite the fact that they did say that it would automatically be renewed.

Hi there! I was sent the same email as yours with the exact same info. I clicked where it says ''update your payment details'' and was taken to a payment page where you are given the option to pay by card or via google pay. When I chose the ''pay by card'' option it would not let the payment go through as it said that the page is in Test Mode. My husband tried clicking the black button (pay via google pay) and the payment went through. I really don't know what to say....... I have sent them an email but no reply as yet :/
