Why don't I get an answer to this? I'm sure that I'm not the only who's had this experience. Please? Thanks

Thanks for reading my post!!! When my students get a 0, I have to go to that particular worksheet in their workbook, click on "Repeat exercise", and set a new deadline. In that way, the next time they log in to their accounts, a message pops up saying something like "Click here to repeat this exercise". They MUST click on that link to go to the activity again, scroll down to the end and they will see a button that says "Repeat exercise". They click on it, and then the other two "usual" buttons appear ("Save for later" and "Finish!"). They can now complete it again. So far, so good. The problem is that this "pop-up" message sometimes takes too long to appear, and kids go directly to their workbook. If they don't click on the link on THAT message, the button "Repeat exercise" will NOT appear at the end of the worksheet in question. I've had to figure this out for myself, by trial and error (I've actually created a username for myself as a student, to see what students see), and I've had to show this to students who've got a 0. It would be GREAT if us, teachers, didn't have to send students this message to "Repeat exercise" when they get a 0. Is there a way for the button "Repeat exercise" to appear whenever they get a 0, with no need of the teacher sending this message? And by the way, why do they get a 0? What's the reason? I've searched in this community, and I haven't found any answer. Thanks for reading. I hope I've been clear. (I'm attaching an image of this type of pop-up message that I've mentioned).
