Help Please

Hi everyone, can you help me, I dont know why when I put comments on my students works sheets, they remain there just untill they do a new worksheet, then they delete, disappear themselves, Has it happened to any of you? Do you know why or what is the solution? thanks (in the picture I show what kind of comments Im talking about)
