Drag and Drop Problem

Hi, I have programmed some drag and drop exercises. I thought when I designed it, that incorrect answers would bounce back. I thought that only correct connections of drop1 and drag1 would drop into place. Have I programmed it incorrectly? Or is it not possible to have incorrect responses bounce back? Help please?
