in this new version of the site I can't see the passwords my students chose to register.

How can I view/edit my students personal details/info?

How can I view my students in alphabetical order as it was before?

Hello!

I would like to know where can I find correct answers? In previous version there was a button " check answers" , and I saw immediately correct ones, is it still possible ?

In the previous webpage when the teacher got notifications that their students did some worksheets, they could see: which student, when, how many times, what scores but more especially WHICH worksheet that was. Now I can only see the student, time and folder but I cannot figure out the above mentioned information. Will those functions be restored? The current one is no informative and limited, very annoying.

I\ve already written about two problems in the new site. (I tried several browsers and a phone. The problem is everywhere)

1. If a student selects CHECK MY ANSWER, the work shows right/wrong in green and red and gives a mark. But if he sends the answer to the teacher (even with a custom link with right/wrong allowed) he doesn't see  them. Neither does he see the mark.

2. When I receive the answer in notifications I see whether it's right or wrong. But previously when I clicked on the wrong answer I saw the correct on now it doesn't work.

How do I add students to a group?

Till the day before yesterday and the worksheets with Drag and drop worked correctly. But for the last two days all the answers are regarded wrong. I tried to redit all the elements in one WS, though they looked all right. I deleted them and made anew. Still they are all wrong.

Could the problem be solved?

I have always used this app to create tests for my students but I don't know what's wrong with this app now because it looks terrible on cellphones. It used to look great but now it doesn't and I don't know why. My students have all complaint that they couldn't work properly, the letters and images were too big and they had to move constantly across the screen to be able to see the exercises. 

I try to look for a certain topic, but every time I  look for it I can see different grammar topics so the research is to accurate. I have use the filters but still I can see different grammar points. I wanted to pay for a subscription but now  I am not sure about it! I spend a lot of time looking for material. I can find specific exercises for specific grammar point

During the past few  days,  I'm totally stressed  out with questions from students, parents.......I'm  doing my best to understand how the new  site works. But still have no ideas. For  example: students can't find their workbooks buttons until I log in my  teacher's account and asign  the workbooks AGAIN. The same  problem  goes with students accounts. They can't log in until  login teacher's  account to change  the password  AGAIN. And i have to  do  these actions one by one. I paid the monthly subscription of 40 dollars the day before your transitioning to the new site, and since then, I have not had the service I have paid for, will there be some kind of refund or compensation?

Secondly, I would like to change my present subscription to a yearly Busy Teacher subscription, can it be done automatically?
