After creating drag and drop pairs based on the instruction labeled at the drop and drag tolls it doesn't work.
In the "view" option the drag boxes are movable and can be placed to the correct places but the drag boxes are blank/empty.

My students use chrome to work, but it seems that the sound doesn't qork.  I thought I'd seen that only Chrome and safari were suitable for the listening.  Am I wrong?

Hi! I can't find two worsheets I've created. As far as I can remember, I didn't delete them. In fact, they are active in one of my workbooks but I can't find the worsheets. The name of the worksheets were "TEENS 4 - FINAL REVISION 2024 - FIRST PART" and "TEENS 4 - FINAL REVISION 2024 - SECOND PART", and the name of the workbook is "TEENS 4". From the workbook, on the edit section, I cannot change the background document.

I am trying to add mp3 files into my worksheet. When I add a mp3 file and then choose it as the one I want in my worksheet, the website reloads and all the interactive elements I have added disappear. 

The worksheet I am having problems with is called Мэндчилгээ. Link Мэндчилгээ | ESL Worksheets | 8286058

Also, I have added the same mp3 file twice, how do I remove an mp3 file once added?

I use the "listen" function for the children to practice dictation (in Chinese). However, one student reported that with two-character words, he often only hears the pronunciation of the first character. He has tried Safari and Chrome; Safari has no sound, and Chrome only plays half of the sound. I've checked, and everything works fine on my own computer and iPad, so I don't know what the problem is.

I can't see anything in "my worksheets". This is the second time in two weeks. The website is currently unstable, and I need to use it for classes, so I'm really concerned.

6 or my worksheets are missing from my account. Help Please.
