Hello everyone and thank you for to come/ comming on time today. I understand you all are busy, so i hope to make/ making this meeting brief. 

As you know, we have been looking at way of offering / to offer emploees the opportunity to work more flexible hours and I think we have come up with the solution to make /making sure everyone can achieve a better work-life balance. 

The process has involved to talk/ talking to a large number of people in different departments and I have to sya that I really enjoyed to spend time /spending time talking to many of you!.
