Live Worksheets Charged My Card 7 Times In One Month For One Subscription
I have one active subscription on Live Worksheets, only one, but on March 29, 2026, Live Worksheets charged my card 15$ seven (7) times. I would like a refund for the excess charges and an explanation as to how this happened. When we link a card to our accounts, we trust you to keep our data safe and manage payments properly. What happened? Why was I charged 7 times, when I only have one subscription?
Your negligence caused me a lot of hassle, because I had to have my card blocked and request a replacement, plus dispute the charges which may or may not be credited back to me. This was an incredibly upsetting experience and I expect you to show accountability for your mismanagement of my payments.
