They say I have an old unpaid subscription

Hello,

Here is what they keep writing to me: 

You have an unpaid old subscription. Please buy a new subscription to continue using the LiveWorksheets service.

I have always had the FREE subscription (OVER 4 YEARS), So now, I can't do much with this site. 

Please could you fix the problem. 

I haven't used it in a long time because pf this problem.
