My student can't sign up

Please note, special characters like á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ are not allowed, I'm not sure if that is your case. Please refrain using them on usernames or email addresses, if the issue persists after that feel free to send us an email with a screenshot of the issue on your end, and we'll do our best to help.
