Grading or Scoring problems

After my student finished his exam he clicked Save For Later and then Finish.  Nevertheless I didn`t receive a grade and there is a sign that said that he had done 0 activities.

He repeated the exam and this time he got a grade which we both could see in his account, but I, as a teacher was unable to see it in my teacher`s account so I decided to download the excel file, but it didn`t show anything.

The student answered the exam for the third time and this time he got a score and now I was able to see it in my teacher`s account.

Then, in the afternoon, I checked his grades but they had disappeared once more.

I am getting extremely frustrated because this is multiplying my work and it is affecting me physically.  Liveworksheets used to work perfectly and it was a pleasure to use it but now, it`s an annoyance.  Please help!!!
