glitching workbooks/worksheets

Hi @Wendy, thanks for the post and your emails. I logged in to your account and assigned a test student user LW Test Student to a workbook to test the results and see if I'm having the same issues. Let's go through each of the items:

1) "Before students even complete the worksheet it gives them a score" - If students complete the worksheet and continue, it will show the answers. There are options on the worksheet which allow you to control how answers are displayed to students. To do this, click on the worksheet, and go to the section labeled "Grading". There you will see options to show grades with/without decimals or none at all. Also you can control whether to show right and wrong answers by checking the appropriate box.

2) "If they try to save it for later it won't let them get back into it". - I assigned this test student to the Sp 1 Prelim Packet and was not able to replicate this issue. I was able to save the worksheet for later, logout and come back to it without issue. I was also able to repeat the exercise 3 times as per the allotted times that are defined for this exercise. If you having issues with a particular worksheet, can you list it here so I can investigate?

3) "The audio doesn't work on some worksheets (only for some students!)" - I see many worksheets that have audio and it works correctly for me such as the first worksheet in this workbook labeled "Quizlet Avancemos 1-Prelim". What I do see is that all audio works except the last question #63 where a different element than audio mp3 was used for that question. If you can supply a specific worksheet you feel isn't working correctly, I can review in more detail.

Mis estudiantes al guardar para más tarde y luego que se ponen a contestar e intentar mandarlo se les vuelve a borrar lo escrito y queda hasta donde lo habían dejado guardado.

Tengo el mismo caso, los alumnos contestan la primera pàgina, les da una calificacion, y cuando contestan la segunda pàgina les borra la calificacion de la primera a pesar de que aun se puede ver lo que han escrito. Agreguè a dos alumnas y no me aparecen en la lista de la clase. Las busco individualmente en Search y si aparecen sus trabajos. Hay ocasiones en que a los alumnos ya no les aparecen los espacios para contestar y he tenido que borrarlos de la clase para luego volverles a asignar el workbook. Esto es muy malo ya que se les borran todos los trabajos ya entregados.
