CAPTCHA verification make students UPSET
Please remove the verification or change it for something less complicated. My students are getting upset because CAPTCHA verification is kind of complicated.

Also, I have high school students whom have followed the isntructions on the email to verify their email and they still can't get in. It says they need to validate it or that their access is blocked... it is very frustrating
@Silvia if you're having an issue where students you have verified that they are using correct usernames and passwords, and are unable to login - that's an issue we can investigate and figure out a solution for. If so, please use the support form to supply the names of students and how to replicate the issue so we can troubleshoot on our end.

@Jason Robert, please fix all the issues with the new version. My students are really mad about the CAPTCHA verification. There are also a lot of errors when they send their activities they don't get the right grades and right answers are marked as wrong ones. All this is really frustrating and I really hope that you are working hard to fix all this, students don't like all this and Neither do I.

I'm having a hard time with all my students' complaints. We all were so used to the way it worked and now there are so many issues but I trust you will start handling as soon as possible

Come on guys, every day my students are getting really upset. Also there are a lot of mistakes with my students' activities. When they login into their workbooks the activities appear graded and a lot of more mistakes. I'm feeling frustrated about all this

Students answer the worksheets but appear like if they were not answered.

We released an update to recaptcha today with the goal of reducing issues for people logging in, yet while trying to balance security.

Some students still have problems when logging into the site. I hope you can keep working on that. In my opinion that verification just must be done when creating an account and not everytime you try to log in. Students are mad about it.
Just tried today, captcha issue is very bad, it not only asks them to select the image but then refreshes and asks them to select even more things....It's very complicated. I couldn't even do it.
Hello all, we've heard from some users that there is an issue with reCaptcha and it's possible something on the local user's browser is an issue.

I insist, that reCaptcha verification should only be done when creating an account. A lot of issues with it, it's so annoying
