I accidently unassigned students from the workbook and lost their grades, can you please help.

I was trying to find a worksheet related to a specific topic and reached for "browse worksheets"; however, no matter what search prompt I used, I got no results.

Who is gonna help me and how to fix it? I am paying for subscription to be sure everything is Fine and i can use them anytime i want. How i can give them back?

I have about 12 worksheets, but now I can't find them in MY WORKSHEETS. The links still work, though. Please could you help me with this problem?

  Greetings. I am unable to see the students' assignments. I receive emails indicating that I have assignments, but I cannot view them. The email is not the same as the account. Is this an error?

Hola. Todas mis fichas creadas hasta la fecha no aparecen en mi tablero. Me aparece “No worksheets”. ¿Es un problema puntual de la página o han desaparecido?  Desde luego, si se trata de la segunda opción planteada, esto sería una verdadera vergüenza.

An assignment I gave my students this week is missing after an Amazon issue. Now, students can still access it through the link I sent them, but I can no longer find it in "My Worksheets."

Some of my worksheets missing from my account. I can still see them  if I google images for  silvanija + liveworksheets, but they do not open if I click on them.

Hello! I'm facing this problem not for the first time when an audio recording attached to a worksheet doesn't play and isn't even displayed. The audio recording is original, made specifically for the test, and in the correct format. I can see and listen to it in the worksheet editing mode, but when viewing it in the test-taking mode, even the audio playback icon is missing. I'm attaching the screenshots. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible; we really need the audio for our home dictations.
