I can no longer see my students' work nor  make corrections, I cannot understand how you dare charge us for a platform that hasn¡t been working correctly since at least August and now it is simply dead.

Todos los archivos que he creado han desaparecido, su página fue muy útil, pero estoy teniendo problema actualmente, en qué momento podré ver todas la hojas que realicé.  ¿Podré recuperarlas?

Some pupils from the same class have reported that when they finish a worksheet and want to send it takes them out of the site and doesn't send their answers.

No entiendo el motivo de la desaparición de las puntuaciones de mis alumnos. Ayer las podía ver y hoy no.

I would like to know if there is a limitation of the numbers of mp3 files?

I was working on this doc, and somehow I just can't add any mp3 files for the last page.

I tried to modify the file names, but I still failed to add them up.

My school pays the teacher fees and they require from me to export the results of the workbook. Problem is: when we export as a csv, it isn't readable. isn't it possible to add it as an Excel? Every teacher knows how to use Excel! 

Could someone explain to me how to read the results in csv? I only have signs like "" or ,,
