I'm having issues changing grades. I change the grade but once changed and saved it goes back to the first grade, although its has been changed.

Hello,I dont' know what happened with how was it made.before I could see the answers but now I can't.Can you tell how to do it with this new version,please.Thank you

My apologies if this has already been answered here, but I have searched and still am unclear.  When we open the notifications and view student responses, how do we download and/or print them?  It seems that the previous version of LW was more user friendly in this area.  Can someone please provide a clear answer or a link?  It looks like others are having the same issue.

Student´s grades disappear in the excel file. In the workbook, on top where the average is placed, actitivites that were already done suddenly dissappear and state that they have done less exercises than what they actually have.  Also, after several students have  finished their exercise but wanted to repeat it, although there is no limit for repetition, the answer boxes disappear and there is no way of bringing them back. Student`s can`t type nor do anything.

I am working with my students and the grades of their performances are changing after working or disappearing. Also, the coloring of the wrong or correct answers is not working. 

What can I do??

With the old version, I was able to add students to my class with a username and password.  I did not have to enter an email address.  Is that still possible with the new version?  (This new version is very confusing!!)

To whom it may concern,

I decided to make public my problem so that MAYBE someone from the staff can solve it...

I have already emailed them during 10 days... The problem is one of the students told me she can not open the worksheets of his workbook. He sees them but it does not open to complete them.

Also, the teacher (me!) can't see her answers but yes her marks! 

I have sent them pictures and users/passwords for them to check and we still don't have a response. 

We (teacher, Headmistress, student and parents) are really concern and dissapointed about the lack of attention and problem solving from the platform. Specially because every detail affects our kids and their lesrning process, it is quite important!!!!

We hope making this visible get us a promp solution, otherwise our student will continue falling behind in her tasks until we leave Liveworksheets for ever...
