Can’t find my students’ password in. My workbook. What should I do?

The old version is better because this one is often log out and I have to log in many times and it also is hard to log in.

Frankly speaking, I am not used to the newly changed liveworksheets.

I prefer the previous version to the new one.

Questions:

1. I can't see my students' passwords..

2. According to my students, they couldn't solve the assigned worksheets with their previous account information.

3. Should students register again ?

4. Is there any other way to go back to the previous version of Liveworksheets..? I want to cancel my subscription due to the more complicated Liveworksheets access mode and unfamiliar screen display..

Hello Dear Admins and community! Since July 27th I've been trying to get my students back but that's not happening. The link supposed to help migrating the students is not available. I need this to be solved ASAP.

If students get a notification that their username is not recognized during login, please tell them to add this to the front of the user name: "lw_student_"

E.g., if the previous username was "john12" the new one will be "lw_student_john12". Or "923student" then the new will be "lw_student_923student"

I hope this helps. We are working on a solution so students don't have to do that, but that should solve the logging-in problem for now.

Can anyone help me with the process of sending exercises? 
Now I can't see the button "send". 
My students tried to send me their homework, but they couldn't do that. 
After they finished their homework, they clicked "email my answers to my teacher", filled in all information, but there wasn't the button "send". 
What do we have to do? Any ideas?
