If a student only clicked 'Check my answer' and didn't send it to me, how can they retrieve their answer?

Hello! All my worksheets have disappeared. I created them a few years ago, when this website had its old design. The links to my worksheets, that I copied back then, don't work. All my students get is 404 error. How can I restore my worksheets?

I uploaded 22 documents, worked on them and made me live worksheets. But on my account there are only 3 of them and a message appearing saying that "Sorry, there's no page here. (404)". Please i need your help. Thanks on advance

I was working on my worksheeet and I managed to save it about 4 times during the process but at the end I couldn´t save it. I just click on the button but nothing happen. It took me 2 hour to do my worksheet and now I am so disappointed not to able to save it. 
Last week there was the same problem and I lost all my answers, I dont want it to repeat, Please fix the problem

I would like to know why the worksheets that I created the last few years have disappeared? Is it possible to recover them somehow? 

Its visible on pc but not on phone

Yesterday, I had already assigned my workbook to my student and they completed the task. I could see their results before. However, today i mistakenly reassigned the same workbook to one of the students in the same group/class. After doing so, all of the previous data/result from my students disappeared and I am no longer able to access them. 

Is there any way to recover the lost student data? It is veru important for my evaluation and reporting.

Realicé el quiz hoy, los estudiantes enviaron sus respuestas pero no aparecen todos aquellos quienes hicieron el quiz, es más, hubo algunos que me preguntaban por el puntaje para ver la nota, así que el quiz se había enviado correctamente pero no aparece en mi buzón

Hi everyone,

I have been sharing my Liveworksheet pages using a QR code for the past couple of days, and everything worked perfectly fine. However, today when my students tred to access the sheet via the QR code, they are  getting the error message: "Sorry, there's no page here (404)."

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could be causing it, and how can I resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
