For better assistance can you tell me what is the the worksheet URL where you are working on, and the elements that you would like to edit? That way I can take a closer look for you.
-- On textfields, type the correct answer directly inside the element value, and you'll see the option to add multiple answers.
-- On Checkboxes you'll see the option called tick type to set the answer as good, neutral or wrong.
