Ad free feature in my plan
Hello, I have an ad-free subscription on my Liveworksheets account, but my students are still seeing frequent ads while using the platform. Could you please check why this is happening and help ensure an ad-free experience for them?

Sorry to hear that.
Please let me clarify the following:
Rememebr if ads are visible on your students' side, please request them to log in, once they log in, our system will recognize your subscription and it will hide the ads for their view.
If the students are completing the worksheets anonymously, i.e. without being logged into the system, it means that our software is not able to recognize your subscription.
The solution is to request your students to log in, if they still receive ads after that please provide me with more details and we'll investigate this further for you.
