Why are there adverts -I am a paid subscriber
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know why my students are seeing adverts while completing their worksheets. I am a paid subscriber and was assured that there wouldn't be any. I don't see adverts on my page, but my students do. I created an assignment for them and attached it to my Google Class.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the confusion.
If teh ads are visible on your students' side, please request them to log in, once they log in, our system will recognize your subscription and it will hide the ads for their view.
If the students are completing the worksheets anonymously, i.e. without being logged into the system, it means the ads might be visible because there is not a session to recognize your subscription.
The solution is to request your students to log in, if they still receive ads after that please provide me with more details and we'll investigate this further for you.
