The reason "Save Image As" or "Copy Image" results in a blank page is that our worksheets are interactive web elements, not static image files. To capture the student's answers and grades correctly, you must use the browser's built-in printing function.
Step-by-Step Instructions.
1.- Open the Worksheet: Go to your "My Mailbox" or "My Workbooks" and open the specific completed assignment you wish to print.
2.- Instead of right-clicking the image, press Ctrl + P on your keyboard (or Cmd + P if you are using a Mac).
3.- Check Background Graphics: In the print settings window that appears, look for "More settings" and ensure that "Background graphics" is checked. This ensures that the worksheet's colors, images, and the student's text entries are all visible on the final print.
4.- You can choose your physical printer to get a paper copy, or select "Save as PDF" to keep a digital version on your computer.
