After reviewing your account, I noticed that there are no students currently linked to it.
Please keep in mind that for your subscription's ad-free benefit to work, your students must be logged into their accounts. If they complete worksheets anonymously, our system cannot recognize your subscription to hide the ads.
Making sure your students are always logged in should resolve this immediately.
