Hello guys. Does anyone know if it's possible to create 100-% grading scale for evaluating the result, not 1 to 10? The "Boost Value" option doesn't seem to work this way.

Yes, but you'll need to create a custom link.
Please open your worksheet, and click on custom link.
Then scroll down, put your max score to 100.
