During the transaction, there was an issue in the system that prevented my payment for the school plan subscription from being processed, and now I no longer have a plan because I had to cancel my individual teacher plan to obtain the school plan. While the transaction was taking place, my Wi-Fi connection encountered a problem, and the subscription was not completed. Please assist me.
