I was wondering if anyone know a way of incorportating 'hover-show' function in Liveworksheets.

At this time, we do not have hover-show funtionality, my apologies.
Please note implementing this feature on the websiet will require complex customization. I acknowledge this as a feedback and I will pass it to our development team, please be advised I can't guarantee if it will be implemented as our developers work on new feature requests based on demmand.

You can use a drop-down exercise with the text you want to show as the options in it.
You can instruct your students to choose the first option and write "OK" on it.
