I understand how you feel. I'm sorry to hear that.
One workaround that might help is to save progressively as you are adding elements to it. For example, If I start creating a worksheet, and I add one element I'll make sure to add it completely, then once this first element is saved, I add the second one (For example one drag and drop) I test it, making sure all is working and save.
Then you can add more (depending on your needs) But the recommendation is always the same, add, test, save, and repeat the process.

Thank you for your advice. Is there anyway an automatic "save" can be implemented in the programming? It would just great.
