We have a sound problem. It worked until now. Now something has happened. It doesn't work on my laptop, but it works on my mobile phone. What should we do? Please for your help and answer. Thank you.

There areb several problems, UK GB english and US spanish hasnt been working for some weeks (sound) and now MP3 uploaded audios arent either (they got deleted all of a sudden).... lets see what happen...
