Why is the option to send teacher students' work not working. Upon finishing the exercise, it does not prompt students to enter their name. Please address this issue quickly as it seems I consistently have this problem with new worksheets.

You can edit the worksheet, and look for the "Submit Mode" field, it needs to be set to default. With that setting, it does not allow "name" to be specified when submitting the worksheet. Please refer to attached screenshot.
