I'm not sure if this is your case but the file should not be under 5.5MB size.
To start, upload your main graphic for the worksheet. You can use PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF files, but they must be smaller than 5.5 MB. Click the 'Add media' button, select your file, and then click 'Save' to upload it.
If that does not help you can contact us via internal ticket for further review of your case.
