Speaking output supposed to be in Chinese not in English
Hi,
It's been a year since I don't use this new version of Liveworksheet, since the the audio exercise couldn't process Chinese input.
Today I try one of the audio exercise, unfortunately, it's still the same. The answers are all wrong because the system can't process the Chinese audio input.
Is there any chance that it would be fixed? If not, I will looking for other learning tools.
If there's any possibilities that I can send the video of the error I mentioned before, please do tell me how to send it.

I can certainly help you with this issue.
Could you verify that the correct language is set on the speak element.
If that still doesnt help please email the worksheet url to [email protected], and we can help you figure out why this is not working.

I really appreciate your reply. Sorry for not noticing your reply. I've already sent video of the problem mentioned above. Unfortunately, there's still no answer.

I also have requested help and sent many messages and email about the same issue for over a year with no support or change. I'm thinking to look for other learning tool as well.

Sorry to hear you that, have you tried to contact the Live Worksheet support by email?
One of the team replied me. Unfortunately, that's the only email I got. There's no further follow-up. I haven't found equal application as good as Live Worksheet in terms of automatic grading for audio input exercise.
