group results- export as a csv

Dear,

My school pays the teacher fees and they require from me to export the results of the workbook. Problem is: when we export as a csv, it isn't readable. isn't it possible to add it as an Excel? Every teacher knows how to use Excel!

Could someone explain to me how to read the results in csv? I only have signs like "" or ,,

Hello - Thanks for reaching out.
Since not everyone uses Excel, the .csv file allows the data to be viewed in a variety of programs. The process is to download the.csv file and then open it and save it in your preferred spreadsheet program (i.e. Numbers, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.). I hope this helps!
