With the update of the site, it is only possible to download the students' results in CSV. In the old version you could choose between CSV and XLS which is easier for some teachers to work with.
Is it possible to add the chance of downloading in XLS format?

The old version allowed us to doemnload results in XLS. Nowadays, even opening it with Excel is a complete mess, you only have commas, no columns... a disaster.
Yolanda, I logged into your account and looked at the results of exporting your group results to Excel via a comma delimited .csv file; and the file worked for me. CSV is a file type that is the same as Excel, and it imports into other programs/platforms as well since it's not a native Excel file format. Attached is a screenshot of the results when I click on the file in Excel. Is this not what you're experiencing?
