The same way you resize forms in MS Word:
1) Hover your cursor over one of the edges of a texfield (or any other element) till your cursor change to a double-headed arrow;
2) Click and drag the edge to resize the element. Depending on your needs, you can resize it horizontally, vertically, or both.
3) Release the mouse button when you're satisfied with the size.
